ATLANTA FALCONS!!

The Atlanta Falcons sure are playing well!!  They have the best record in football!!  We just got in a shipment of T-shirts and sweatshirts -- just in time for Christmas, just in time for the NFL Postseason.  The Falcons have already secured a spot in the playoffs, so show your team spirit to help cheer them on to victory in January.  We got in sizes 2X up to 6X, and some sizes in talls.  We also got in a few other teams:  New England Patriots, Chicago Bears, Pittsburgh Steelers, New York Giants, Green Bay Packers, Denver Broncos, and Philadelphia Eagles.  Who is ready for some football??

Belts - Made in America!!

I just got in a shipment of belts -- all made in the USA!!  All leather, black and brown, and black/brown reversible, from size 40 up to size 80.

I just got in a shipment of stonewashed overalls from Liberty.  I have overalls in stock from size 46 up to size 70.  Who remembers Hee Haw??

Cold weather is right around the corner!!  We just got in some great looking zip-up hooded sweatshirts from IZOD in three different colors -- light grey, navy, or maroon.  We have sizes from 2X up to 6X, and most in tall lengths as well.  Bundle up -- you don't want to catch a cold!!

All Elastic Waist Jeans and Pants

I just got in a shipment of full elastic waist jeans, and also some pants.  The jeans are a medium stonewash color, and the pants are khaki, navy, and black.  These pants have belt loops, and a regular zipper fly.  I got in sizes 1X up to size 7X.  They are really great pants and among my top sellers!

Short Sleeve to Long Sleeve

I did something that I have never done today.  A customer liked this Atlanta Falcons shirt, but he wanted it in long sleeve.  It only comes in short sleeve, so I told him I could make it into a long sleeve.  I frequently alter long sleeve shirts into short sleeve, and I keep the parts that I cut off.  So, I used the red sleeves from another shirt, and sewed them onto the short sleeve Falcons shirt, and voila -- a long sleeve shirt!!  I can do this for you, too -- and on other shirts.  Come on in and check out my supply of sleeves!!

Dress Shirts

I just got in 5 big boxes full of dress shirts from Enro / Damon.  There are lots of white and blue, but also seasonal solid colors, and stripes and patterns.  There are neck sizes 17 up to 22, and sleeve lengths from 34 up to 39. 

Fatigue Cargo Pants

I just got in a shipment of fatigue cargo pants from our military supply company.  I got in mostly khaki and black, and a few other colors, from size 2X up to size 7X.

Labor Day Weekend

Our hours for this Labor Day weekend will be:

Saturday 09/01/12 - 10am to 5pm  (GO DAWGS!!)
Sunday 09/02/12 - Closed (as usual)

UGA Shirts are in!!

We got them!!  The UGA shirts just came in.  We now have red shirts and black shirts in various fabrics and sizes.  Come on in to check them out -- just in time for FOOTBALL SEASON!!

Jersey Sweat Pants

I just got in a shipment from Greystone of their jersey (like a T-shirt material) sweat pants.  These are great light-weight sweatpants with a full elastic waist, drawstring, and no elastic at the ankles (open bottom).  They also have two side pockets and one back pocket.  I have almost a full stock of black, navy, and light grey, and also a few other colors in select sizes.  I have had quite a few people in recently looking for these pants for exercising, sleeping, or just lounging around the house.

UGA Shirts

I have confirmation that I should get in next week (just in time for football season) the UGA golf style shirts from Cutter & Buck.  I will have a regular cotton style and a performance fabric style, both in red and black, in sizes 2X to 5X, bigs and talls.  Watch here, I'll post as soon as they come in!!

Georgia Sales Tax Holiday

I just read that Georgia will have a Sales Tax Holiday on Friday August 10 and Saturday August 11.  As it applies to us, clothing with a sales price of $100.00 or less per item is exempt from sales tax.  This does not include clothing accessories.  I'm sure I'll post more about this as the dates get closer.

4th of July

We are OPEN today, Tuesday the 3rd of July until 6:00pm, and we will be CLOSED Wednesday the 4th of July.  Have a safe and happy holiday, and we will see you back here Thursday morning, the 5th of July!!

Cutter & Buck

GREAT NEWS!!  I was just approved today to open an account with Cutter & Buck, so you will soon be seeing their clothing in my store.  I will mainly stock UGA items, but I will probably have other blank goods, and also will be able to special order other collegiate teams.  If you use these shirts for your corporate uniforms, I can do a group order in all sizes for you as well.

Hot Weather - Shorts!!

The weather forecast has 90 plus degree temperatures in the next few days, so be prepared!!  We just got in a crazy amount of shorts in all different styles -- cotton shorts, cargo shorts, knit shorts, denim shorts, dark colors, light colors -- a large selection from 2X up to 10X!!  Don't sweat to death -- come get some shorts!!

OPEN Sunday 05/06/12

The new Zaxby's next door is having their Z.I.P. Opening today, so I thought I would OPEN and maybe get some customers going to their party.

FYI -- Zaxby's has their Grand Opening tomorrow, Monday 05/07/12, if you want to come check it out!

IZOD Shirts

Do you like big and tall IZOD? Then you are in luck!! Man, have I received some IZOD shirts... I placed my regular order, then the rep came back and I placed a follow-up order, and then he came back when my father was here, and he placed yet a third order. So, I have a bunch of great looking IZOD shirts from 2X Big to 6X Big, and 2X Tall to 5X Tall. Come on in for a great selection!!

Zaxby's Sign and Hiring

The new Zaxby's sign is up, and it says that they are Now Hiring. Good news if you are looking for a job -- you could work right next door to us!

WellStar Lab Coats

If you work for WellStar and wear a lab coat, you probably received an email regarding the new guidelines for embroidery. I am familiar with the guidelines, so if you need a new lab coat that will be compliant, please feel free to call me at 770-428-6149, and we can get one going for you!

Pants Shipments

I got in two large shipments of pants. The biggest shipment is of the all elastic waist twill pants in 4 colors from 42 waist up to 72 waist. The other shipment is of cargo fatigue pants and shorts from 2X to 6X.

Zaxby's

I have not updated on the new Zaxby's being built next door in a while, so here's a picture. I think they should be up and running on May 1st.

Guayabera Shirts

I just got in a shipment of Guayabera shirts from size 2X up to size 8X -- I have never had anything above 6X before. I got in four colors -- black, white, light blue, and burgandy. These have four pockets on the front, so if you like pockets, these are the shirts for you!

Training

No cause for alarm -- the old Bank of America building next to us is being torn down on Sunday to make way for a new Zaxby's, so the Police Department is conducting training exercises today -- cops everywhere!!

New York Giants

The New York Giants have made it to the "Big Game" and I still have 2 jerseys left. They are sized a 3X and a 4X, but they run kind of small, so I would call them a small 2X and a small 3X. The jersey on the left is the front, and on the right is the back. They are short sleeve with a snap front. You haven't seen anybody else wearing anything like these, have you?
