BLIZZARD!!

OK, not so much. We only got a dusting of snow, so I am here and open today. When the snow started falling last night and all of the weather reports were calling for 1 - 2 inches, I turned off my alarm before I went to sleep, expecting no school for the kids. But, alas, my wife woke me up and gave me the actual report this morning of school for the kids, and thus work for me. So no need for snow chains on your tires, and come on in to make sure I am awake!

Falcon Bay Pants

I just got in a shipment of Falcon Bay all elastic waist twill pants and jeans. These have belt loops and a zipper fly, and also have two side and two back pockets. I got in khaki, olive, navy, and black in the twill, and the jeans are dark stonewashed denim. They are in stock from size 44 waist up to 72 waist.

It looks like we will be closed again on Tuesday. Too much snow and ice for Marietta (but not for the kids). I'll update here when anything changes.

Snowmageddonblizzardfest Y2K11

Since every school system is closed, and the Governor has called off every activity involving humans, I am guessing we will be closed tomorrow, and maybe more. I'll post here if that changes, but if you are dying to come in and spend money, post a comment here, and perhaps we can work something out.

Warning

I have already been talking to some people about this, and they have also heard about what is coming. I have heard different things from different people, but the gist of what is about to happen is that the price of cotton is about to go up 30 to 40 % on everything that you buy. I am talking about clothing in my store, but also anything else that you buy that is made with cotton (sheets, women's and children's clothing, etc.). I have heard reasons such as cutting back or ending subsidies paid to cotton growers by the government, and also that China is buying up all available cotton both to use for themselves, but also to be able to control the market, thus control the price. So, watch out for this everywhere -- I just wanted to give a warning.

Back at it

Is everybody back at work? Yeah, feels great, huh? I'm back at it -- rested and ready to go!!

How about those Dawgs (not), but the FALCONS !! YEAH !! I'm ready for some post-season football. Remember, we still have some great Falcons T-shirts and some other items, all up to size 6X. Don't wait too long, the closer it gets to game time, the less I will have! RISE UP!!
