UGA Caviar

Check out the article in today's Atlanta Journal-Constitution Metro section about the new UGA Caviar! I have actually know about this for a while because most of not all of the UGA Caviar is produced by sturgeon at the UGA Fishery in Cohutta, GA, managed by my brother-in-law Shane. I don't even know if I have ever had caviar, but hopefully I can get some from him, as it can be very expensive. If I taste any, I'll let you know.
